2004 Honda S-2000 passenger window won't rise Child lock not on and it's not the fuses. Neither of the 2 swithces make it rise. Is it the motor? Should I remove the door switches? Yesterday it was working sometimes

Turn off the child-lock on the driver's door controls.

Well, the short answer is no.
The lights and windows are are different fuses.
There's a slight chance you have a problem with a ground wire on that side, but I doubt the two problems are related.
I would check the light for power and ground, and look at the window switches for power and ground. The windows are powered thru the driver switch on most cars.

This usually set by a small mechanisum on the face of the door jamb on the door. If electics won't work then remove the interior door panel and go from there.

Personally, "I" would access the Latch Actuator and unsnap the electrical connector.

Next use a OHMMETER to test if the COIL inside the body to assure it's good!

100% OPEN = BAD
6 OHMS (or so) =OK!

first, make sure you did not accidently activate the window lock out swithc on the door controls. The relay is behind the fuse box, 2 of them, silver cans.

the blower motor is likely the blower motor resister in the plenum case, 2 screws, 10mm. lay on passenger floor and look up. it's near the round motor housing toward fireall.

fuse #17 is the passenger window motor and fuse 25 is the egm, convertible top motor and some other things.

also make sure that the child lock switch on the drivers side door is disabled.

from out side the safety locks are designed to disconnect the inside handle so a child cant open door

Try pressing the child safety window lockout button 20-30 times and see if it starts working. This has worked a few times for me.
