I have a 1994 Saturn SC Coupe, found the fuse panel, missing 3 fuses. No owners manual, would like to know the diagram and what goes where and if they are needed. Previous owner stated having battery problems, everything engine wise checked out fine (NOT THE ALTERNATOR), would missing fuses be the cause of a battery needing to be charge? I have no problems with the battery though.

The fuse is in the center console, left side of passenger footwell. It is labelled PREST. for passive restraints. Possibly check the restraint module located in the center console, just under the E-brake lever.
