Could be the light is burned out, Mine did, and it gave me fits!! Do this to be sure, have the battery LOAD tested, that way your sure it not only has 12 volts showing, but also the correct amps being stored,, once your sure the battery is fully charged and ok,, start the car,, with a multi meter, check the posts,, you should be getting a reading of between 13.5 -14.5 volts dc,, if you get that your alternator is doing its job,

The lights inside my car work, until I try to start the car, then nothing works and won't start.

If the lights come back on when you release the key, I would check for a dead cell in the battery and poor connections at the battery and starter.

Can my light relay have something to with the start of the engine on a honda accord 1994?

I don't think that your light relay may cause this issues. The relay does not function in any way to start up your car. It may be something else like busted fuse, MAF sensor, drained old battery etc.
