Haven't used my 2007 Caravan for a few months and the Battery is dead. I jump start the Battery but it dosen't want to recharge. All the time the engine is on the Instrument panel lights are flickering. Does this mean the battery id completely dead?

If battery is not holding or getting a charge check this out. jump start car, read voltage at battery posts. if it is charging it will read from 14.2-14.7, if its charging ok and still not enough power to turn it over. then you have a bad battery. check belt to alternator first for tightness. good-day! if battery is charging at battery car off , there should be at least 12.6 volts all accessories off. make sure battery post clamps are clean and tight. what i do is put a bit of grease on the battery clamps to hinder the corrosion build up from acid ,on the posts.
