Actuator Recalibration
Important: Do not adjust any controls on the HVAC control module while the HVAC control module is self-calibrating. If interrupted, improper HVAC performance will result.
Alternate Method (w/o Scan Tool)
Clear all DTCs.
Place the ignition switch to the OFF position.
Install the HVAC actuator.
Connect all previously disconnected components.
Remove the HVAC/ECAS fuse for a minimum of 10 seconds.
Install the HVAC/ECAS fuse.
Start the vehicle.
Wait 40 seconds for the HVAC control module to self-calibrate.
Verify that no DTCs have set as current DTCs.
Did you preform recalibration after replacement ? See if this works ,if not you'll need to take it to the dealer an have it done with factory scan tool .

You can start by trying an actuator recalication.(w/o scan tool)
1. clear all DTCs by disconnecting the battery.
2. remove the HVAC/ECAS fuse for a minmum of 10 seconds.
3. install the HVAC/ECAS fuse.
4. start the vehicle.
5. Wait 40 seconds for the HVAC control module to self-calibrate.
If this doesnot work, probably the right actuator is defective. You
will have to replace it. In the center of the HVAC module, there are two actuators, one is on the top part of the module and the other one is Under. The right actuator is the top one.
{: ) Check carefully your settings make sure it's not on defrost or defog positions. If there are no actuator or wiring issues, you can try the following steps:
NOTE: Do not adjust any controls on the HVAC while doing this procedure.
1. Turn off your a/c and the ignition switch.
2. Remove the HVAC/ECAS fuse(10amp) at the underhood fuseblock for 10 seconds.
3. Reinstall the fuse.
4. Start the vehicle. Wait 40 seconds for the HVAC control module to self calibrate.
5. Now you can check the operation of the HVAC controls.
I hope you get lucky. Otherwise, better have it calibrated with a scan tool. If a scan tool is present it can also check for any DTC that might be present, which may render the procedure unsuccessful.
Try this: 1. Place the ignition switch in the off position. 2. Remove the HVAC/ECAS fuse for 10 seconds or more. It's in the under hood fuse box. Put the temp in full cold. 3. Install the fuse. 4. Start the engine. DO NOT TOUCH THE HVAC CONTROLS FOR LESS THAN 45 SECONDS. 5. Have any codes cleared with a scan tool.

Automatic climate control or manual ? blower motor control processor , probably . or the blower motor , or the HVAC control module etc.... All these are just guesses , without testing the electrical circuits . Did you check the BLOWER fuse 40amp located in the under hood fuse / relay box And the HVAC /ECAS fuse 10amp in the under hood fuse box ? Plus HVAC I fuse 10amp located in the I/P fuse box .
