first locate the dip stick for the transmission under the hood, after that start car and let run for 1 min,( car has to be running to check transmission) pull dip stick out and wipe it off the stick it back in and check the level again, if it is low you will have to pour the trans. fluid in thru the dip stick hole, add a little at a time and continue to check fluid level until it reachs fill mark on dip stick also the do not make a manuel for the Lincoln LS you can order a disk from Helminc.com that covers all related thigns for this car I had to order one for my LS good luck
I am at a bit of a loss. Not only do I not know what Saturn you have but this site edits words that should not be edited. (I don't know what a ****** or a ****** is)
Regardless of what Saturn or those words, most the automatics I see (German cars are oddballs)have a tube where the transmission is filled and the dip stick is inside that tube. (may have a red handle) Perhaps your dip stick broke off. Can you look into the tube and see anything? The dip stick is long enough and the tube is deep in the pan where the broke dip stick should not fall all the way into the pan.
If this is a 4 cyl there is a fill cap on top of the transmission (red) on the driver side, The way you can check for the proper level is the car has to be at operating temp and level then under the car toward the pass side there is a ten milimeter cap screw when you take it out the fluid should be level with the bottom of the hole. Hi: To Refill your Auto Transmission with Tranny Fluid, There is NO CAP, Look For a Dip Stick Similar to your Oil Dip Stick. You Refill your Transmission where the Transmission Dip Stick comes out of a Tube. You'll Need a Funnel that Fits inside the Transmission Dip Stick Tube. This Should Resolve your Question. Please Vote and That actually sends me How Well I have Helped You. OH Look Towards the middle to the Back of Your Engine to Locate Your Tranmission Dip Stick: From the WYOCWBOY
this is a so called "sealed transmission" what does this mean?, there is no dip stick, the fluid level is checked by removing a plug on the tranmission case.
There is a rubber plug that is actually the dip stick. You can check out you fluid level but you have to crawl under the truck and remove the plug and there is your dip stick it is only a couple of inches long.
