Get some lubricant and use a screwdriver to poke around the mechanism to make sure it's well lubricated.

Change the gas (and the oil, with Synthetic). The gas loses it's volatility after just a few months and starts to go bad. Siphon all the gas out and put in a fresh tank. Let us know if that helps.

There is a vacuum switching valve on the air filter box called the Closed Canister Valve that when commanded vents the fumes from the canister into the engine, and that's usually a prime suspect if you get this code by itself. It's also not uncommon for the vacuum hose to come loose during normal maintenance. You can start by giving the engine compartment a good once over for loose vacuum lines.

either your transmission doesnt have fluid, syncro to 2nd went bad, or shift linkage may either need to be adjusted or changed out... check and see if transmission has fluid and try double clutching out of 2nd if this is required then syncro went bad

If it has a speed sensor it is mounted in the side of the transmission where the speedo cable would have been.

The fuse panel has all the fuses listed.
