Mark the old hinge with a scribe unbolt the hinge and fit new one,line up with marks and tighten bolts

Make sure ALL grounds are connected and clean. Was motor from same year donor car, or new(used), or new(rebuilt)? Did you have to transfer any/all sensors from old engine? When you do get it started, It will run rough until the computer goes through a relearn period, don't worry. Good luck.

Don't worry about the smoke when your car starts it will mostly happen in cold mornings but as car heats up it should be gone its just cause the car has to heat up to a certain tempeture. Hope it helps.

Has the timing belt been replaced at the stated time listed in the drivers manual ?. I found that the belt has a habit of jumping a few teeth, when the belt has become worn , replace it if it has as , it will cause massive damage if it brakes. If it checks out ok , check the spark at the plugs . then fuel pressure and flow, a blocked fuel filter can cause the flow do drop and stop the engine from running.

Do the wheels turn when in gear while off ground? If so, clutch needs to be adjusted so it does fully disengage. Sounds like it's not doing that.

Check the CD's. When these are copies, burned in a computer, your player could have problems playing them. Not all players can play self burned CD's. An original CD has a metallic reflective layer, with a high contrast on reflectivity. The self burned CD's only have a dye, where a laser changes the colour on the same places as the pits are on a real CD. But the dye gives less contrast. When on the player is no logo, compatible with CD-R, you can't expect it will play these. When it won't play real CD's, perhaps you could try a cleaning CD and try playing a CD again. For that you can buy a cleaning CD, with a soft brush. dust and a coating from smoke can be removed. If the laser is defect, not aligned or not calibrated, don't try to cure that.
