2003 Toyota Avalon. Radio and car alarm drains the battery when the radio and the car alarms are connected the battery drains. When you disconnect them the battery is fine.

Question edited for clarity. Question moved to model category. Both the radio and the alarm drain _some_ power when the car is off. The radio to keeps its memory of saved stations and the PIN code, and the alarm is fully activated and monitoring when the car is switched off. The most likely item to drain would be the alarm. It is the factory alarm or an after market add on? The first thing to do is have the battery load tested for efficiency. Any Interstate Battery shop will do this for you free of charge in-car and takes 2 minutes and give you a print out of the CCA on the battery and what the tester diagnoses. It appears that it is a known issue on this vehicle!! https://www.google.com/search?q=2003+toyota+avalon+parasitic+battery+drain ..

2003 toyota avalon xls abs, traction, and vsc lights come on when raining

Sounds like water intrusion into one or more Wheel Speed Sensors. You need to have it scanned and see which sensors are dropping out when they get wet. Then replace them or have them replaced.

2003 Avalon uneven tire wear and failure

You don't say if the wear is on the front or the rear, but I suspect it is on the front. I would take it someone other than the dealer, that specializes in front ends. If it is the front, there is certainly a problem there.

03 Toyota Avalon Check Engine Light and VSC Light

As compgeek09 stated, yes the DTC (diagnostic trouble code) should be found out first. And yes, AutoZone or Advance Auto Parts should be able to retrieve the code for you. Then you should be able to tell how severe the problem is. Yes, you should still be able to drive the vehicle. When the check engine light starts flashing is when you should stop driving the vehicle. Also, if your city/state require smog emissions, the vehicle will probably fail the test. Then you'll be required to repair the problem. Lastly, Vehicle Stability Control. That light is probably related to the check engine light since it sounds like they both came on at the same time. The VSC controls engine power. Thus, if there is a problem with the engine (check engine light), the VSC can't do it's job. Once the check engine light problem is repaired, the VSC light should go off as well.

I want to swap my 2003 Toyota avalon drivers seat with my passenger seat. How do I do this myself?

The seats are not the same. the controls will be on the wrong sides. If you insist on doing this yourself then unplug the wire harness connectors on each seat and remove the 4 bolts holding the seat rail to the floor. There will be plastic covers on the bolts that just pop off.

Airbag light stays on

A component of the airbag system is failing. If you are steering when it flashes it could be the clock spring in the steering wheel. When this light is on you will not have airbags in an accident. only a scanner can pull this info.

Ticking noise coming from manifold

Ticking noise coming from the manifold? There are two types of manifold....1. Instake manifold and exhaust manifold. Please indentify and apply as needed. Intake manifold 1. Double check the nuts and bolts around the intake manifold if you worked on it and had it serviced. 2. Spark plugs loose. Yes!! I've seen this before and it comes the rear of the manifold..very confusing. 3. Check your valves and have them adjusted. (This will require a trained and qulified mechanic). 4. Check your motor oil and power steering pump fluid. Exhaust manifold 1. Check for loose nuts and bolts. 2. Check the O2 sensors connections...some models have 2-3. They are the sensors sticking into the pipes. 3. Your catalytic converter may have a defect. If possible, remove it and shake it to determine failure. (I've seen and experienced the so called honeycomb inside it breakign apart.) 4. Check the exhaust manifold heat shield if applicable. .
