My toyota camry 1994 model v6 3.0 timing belt got
I'd leave most of it to the mechanic. The most likely cause is a timing belt change that was badly done in the past. You could ask the mechanic- to use a good quality new timing belt eg Dayco- to change the water pump if it was not done in the last 100000 mi or so. It is behind the timing belt, so a good opportunity.- if the timing belt tensioner should be changed too. They do weaken.- if threadlock should be applied to the crankshaft pulley bolt. Toyota does do that at the factory.- to check for oil leakage at the crankshaft nose oil seal. This can be changed while the pulley is off.
Headlights on 2002 saab 9-3 wont turn on - changed
Try swapping the headlight relay with another. The relay should click when you turn on. If after you swap - it works - bingo - bad relay. Swap back and go buy a new one. They are pretty cheap and you can get from most general auto parts stores
Air conditioner compressor seems to
Sounds like the air gap on the compressor clutch is to wide, when the compressor turns off to recycle the electromagnet on the clutch is not strong enough to pull the air gap and lock up compressor. The air gap is adjustable and should be checked.
Hello. My '94 Toyota Camry's
Find the cp for the alarm. Google it download the user manual. Investigate the issue. It might be that a wire is broken and the alarm is not getting A signal. To say what ever it wants to read is there or not. Btw when u open 1 door at a time does the interior roof light go on. If not for 1 door that could be ur issue as the alarm wants to see the door closed. Hood. And trunk. Then some have vibrations detector etc etc. Chk wiring.
How do i get to the washer pump on a 1994 toyota camry?
I don't think any Camrys that year had rain sensing wipers so you could be right. Anyway to get at the pump you have to unscrew fixings and lift up the washer reservoir to disconnect the wiring, then remove the reservoir.
I have a 1994 toyota camry le the timing is set and won't crank
The timing has nothing to so with the engine cranking, that is, the starter turning the engine over.If the engine won't crank, the first thing to check is a weak or flat battery. Then on to the battery terminal tightness and cleanliness, and a good connection of the ground strap at the engine block and the chassis. You could try a jump start to see if a stronger battery helps, but take care with the order of connections and use a jumper cable with a surge protector in it. Turn on the headlights of both cars as a further damper to voltage spikes. In a car the age of this one it is possible the starter solenoid contacts are worn, they were in my 94 Camry. If you mean the engine cranks but won't start, the causes are several. If you recently changed the timing belt, and it started before that, I'd have to suggest the timing is assembled a tooth or 2 out.
My 94 Toyota Camry 4 cyl is running really rough and stalling out once the engine warms up
Get rid of cold air intake and re install stock also sounds like your mass air flow unit is going out or your cars ecm isnt operating properly check air filter make sure its not clogged up then check all your vacuum hoses for cracks, dry rot or kinks making sure none are pinched causing vacuum to not respond.ok after this check the fumes from exhaust for color but it could also be catalytic converter even though it says air temp.when this problem occurs it can be number of things spray electric cleaner on wires as well and check for loose wires now take your time going over these things to be sure you accurately inspect this
