My steering wheel is very hard to turn, what could be wrong?

This could get messy but I would start by removing the low pressure hose from the power steering pump (simple hose clamp) and attaching another hose to that so you can run it to a bucket then turn engine on and as its pouring out into bucket fill the reserve with new fluid shutting the engine off as it starts getting clear. Likely someone put the wrong type of fluid in there and contamination in the fluid or water condensation has frozen up in the lines so get the old stuff out and thats the easiest way withoiut making too much of a mess.

Trunk relaese cable not working however the key will still work to open the trunk. Is this an easy fix?

Could be the cable is seized and needs replacing. Try WD40 spray on all the moving parts. even in the ends of the cable.

2003 Toyota Avalon. Trunk release button on dash

check the continuity of the switch/s sounds faulty to me... you have checked every thing else....but it may very well be a relay... all power comes from the box for that type of stuff except the switch itself (switched power) which i think has its own line perhaps to its own fuse on your model ..not sure

Is it practical or possible to install led bulbs in a 2004 Toyota Avalon

There is no real advantage but you can get the bulbs off eBay. Buy ones that are direct plug bulb that fits in the same socket as the old bulbs and ones that do not require modifying the wiring with a resistor so the flasher will not blink to fast. To do the front and back and the backup and license plate lights expect to spend about $100.00 USD. I suggest you also buy spares, and don't buy the ones shipped from China, they are junk

Where do I find the flasher relay on my 2004 Toyota Avalon? Both left and right turn signals and the hazard lights all stopped working at the same time.

It will be under the dash somewhere near the steering column. Turn on hazard blinker and feel under dash.

Why is idle so low

Low idle can be caused by a dirty/contaminated throttle body, if the check engine light is not on, clean the inside of the throttle body with a can of intake air cleaner and a brush to remove the carbon deposits, disconnect the battery for a few minutes and drive it around for about 15 minuts.

hard to tell, but oil the mechanism and work the release back and forth, this may loosen it up. Don't slam it, could wreck the mechanism and is real hard on headlights and turn lights.
