If you already see a broken wire, why not just splice it back together and check if this solves your brakelight problem. You can get a crimp splice at any auto parts store, or you could solder the connections and use electrical tape to insulate.
I have a 1983 Toyota pick up w/ a 2.2 diesel that
first of check the glow plug or heater plug! be careful while removing heater plug from engine. due to aged vehicle, heater plug may crack and will remain there, and if that happen head of engine must be opened. check the heater plug by giving 12v dc current. give positive at top portion and negative at middle, and take alook whether heater plug is heating or not?
Hot to push back the pressure back,before putting
I use a c-clamp with the inside pad still over the piston. If you don't have a c-clamp, you can put the caliper back on with just the old inside pad and then use a screwdriver between the pad and rotor to gently pry the piston back in. OK?
Dim headlight
A dim light is associated with a poor ground connection to the light. You can run a new ground wire to repair this or replace the wire connector.....and in some cases you need to do both.
Gas will not flow easily
check your fuel pump pressure and I'm sure you changed your fuel filter. Blow compressed air back through fuel line as it may be something floating in tank. Does flow change when gas cap is off? Is this 20 or 22R motor?
