If you are asking if you will need to drain the fluid then yes you will have to drain at least half of the anti freeze before removing the water pump. I would recomend buying an extra gallon before you start because if you are needing a new water pump the chances are that you have lost some fluid already. but you can reuse the fluid that you drain just make shure that you use a clean container to catch the fluid. Another note is when buying you anti freeze check what color anti freeze you have. You never want to mix green with orange.

check wireing may be wired wrong them head lights may not be compatable with that setup

no not really but you could look for one in a slavage yard. find one that lets you pull off your parts as they are cheap. usually just two bolts to remove. some are riveted on but not many. good luck

you can replace the whole front end if you have to,you will need to make sure the main part of the chassis is square and plumb before you start,if its bent/out of true you will need a jig to straighten up the main "box" (now you starting to get really expensive)basically if the roof/doors are as "new"then replace as much as you need to.the wings,bonnet front end are all bolt on,its only the inner wing/front fingers that need welding.and all the hang ons..
if you have full bodyshop facilities,your 1/2 way there...

Check engine lights can be caused by many many things.Technology is usually good,but this light is not good(whoever developed the system).You could put it on a computer,it tells you what to check,you replace it,and it still stays on.I have seen it,also this.You could spend thousands on all kinds of stuff an it will still be on unless you get lucky.You should just check your fluids,oil,antifreeze(overlow container full to cold point)Transmission fluid(check that with car running after about 5 minutes),brake,steering,and any other fluids I may have left out.If it is not an issue for vehicle inspection in your state,I wouldn't worry about it.If you want to computer check it for peace of mind,that is fine too.Unless it starts running bad or overheating,no worries.If you ever do get overheating,if it even gets close to the red pull over and shut down.You will save your engine.Good luck! this a tipical simptom of dirty fuel injectors, make a clean on gaae shop

could be a number of issues. my first choice would be a vacuum leak. start the motor and listen for a hissing sound. a vacuum guage tho would be my first choice. stuck valves will cause similiar problems as well as a failing coil pack. i would investigate a vacuum leak as the first and most likely cause.
