code of P0455 how would i fix this? slight loss of power upon take off, but no other noticible problems.
P0455 - EVAP Control System Leak Detected (No Purge Flow or Large Leak)
The PCM monitors the complete EVAP control system for no purge flow, the presence of a large fuel vapor leak or multiple small fuel vapor leaks. The system failure occurs when no purge flow (attributed to fuel vapor blockages or restrictions), a large fuel vapor leak or multiple fuel vapor leaks are detected by the EVAP running loss monitor test with the engine running (but not at idle).
Check for audible vacuum noise or significant fuel odor in the engine compartment or near the EVAP canister and fuel tank.

HX45 DTC P1443 and P0455: CHECK FOR EVAPORATIVE EMISSION SYSTEM LEAKS
Note: When checking for leaks or blockages in the EVAP system, energize (close) the canister vent (CV) solenoid through the scan tool for a maximum of nine minutes per pinpoint test step. Then de-energize the CV solenoid prior to performing the subsequent pinpoint test step. This is done to assure proper closing of the solenoid.
Does the pressure on the EVAP system stay above 1.99 kPa (8 in-H 2 O) and pass the leak test?
Yes
No
GO to HX46 .
REMOVE the EVAP System Leak Tester from the evaporative test port and REINSTALL the test port cap. GO to HX50 .

Gear shifter won't move out of park. Neither restarting the car nor stepping hard on the brake helps.
Look at the swith on the brake pedal, it shoud have two green wires on it. Make sure it is not melted or the wire is broken. If it is damaged you can connect the 2 wires together to get it into gear, but this should be temporary as it bypasses the neutral safety switch.

The moonroof on my 2002 lincoln towncar is stuck open. I can hear the motor when I push the open button, but the motor sounds dead when I try to push the button to close. Could it be jammed? Is there a manual way to close the moonroof?
Temporary Fix: unsnap off the access door in the overhead ceiling liner behind the sunroof opening;
Use a 4mm hexagon Allen wrench to wind it closed.

check engine light on code P1299
Check your coolant to be certain you are full. The error code means a cylinder head is overheating, NOT GOOD!, if coolant is up, pull battery cable for 20 minutes (unit off) and this will reset the code. If the issue returns, investigate the sensor, presuming you are full up on coolant.
