My hyundai accent giving p1801 and p1805 the car dont start what should i do.regds Maxwell,

the throw out bearing is what I am thinking Sue.may as well have a new clutch put in too as its the same amount of labor to do the whole thing as it is to just replace the throw out bearing.

Yep!.. Typical with an engine cylinder misfire. Inspect the plug and ignition wire, especially the insulator. If you see a 'christmas tree' pattern on the insulator, that's where your problem is.

Check you engine oil. If it is white or cream color there is water in the oil. If you are not leaking water onto the ground and the water level keeps dropping it's a good indication of a possible head gasket failure. Good luck.

Hi had a similar problem last week with my 2000 accent took car to dealer who put it on the computer, turned out that the 'mass airflow unit' needed replacing. Very expensive part cost £182 and labour £36 (Hyundai dealer) sorry!!!!

pry back the panel so you can see behind crank use a flat head screwdriver and a towel so you don't scratch it. inside the crank is a small U shaped clip get some small needle nose plyers and pull it out.,

u will have to replace the celenoid so it can work normally again or just remove the celenoid and the car wont have a shift lock any more, you can also bypass the lock by pressing on the small hole on the top left side of the shifter.. hope this helps ..

If the water bubbles in the resevoir when the engine is running, the head gasket could be blown. There is often white smoke (steam) coming from the exhaust.

sounds like your fan belt is slipping ! hence that why the battery light comes on because alternator isnt turning or turning slowly and your power steering pump wont be turning also ,,,making steering difficult ! fan belts can be adjusted at the alternator i think thanks :)
