One of my speakers blown and I was trying to find out how can i replace the speakers myself?
i just got a four speaker upgrade with alpine type rs. the front doors are 6.5 inches and the rear are about 5 1/4 inches and are a huge pain to get out, mine had to be cut out. be careful if u are going to get component speakers because the door tweeter are super small and hide the screw for the door panel and u will probably have to cut a new hole some where to fit them in. since these saturns arent known for their sound quality, i suggest that you either do rear deck speakers, like im about to do, or get cheap new speakers for your doors and a subwoofer or two. my car has almost no bass even with the alpine type rs. i hope this can help you out

dash security light blinks, running lights blink, inside dash and radio lights blink, doors don't lock sometimes, temp and gas gauge bounce. In the morning it is ok (about 5 AM) after work 6 PM it always acts like this.
Several GM products, including the Chevrolet Impala and Malibu, the Oldsmobile Alero, the Pontiac Grand Prix, and Saturn Ion, have issues with the Security light coming on. This is many times an indication of a failing Body Control Module (BCM). Initially, the Security light will come on then go off, progressing to a constant on light, before the car will refuse to start. Other symptoms may include erratic action of electronics, a clicking sound coming from the glove box, and the air conditioning failing to blow cold air. I recommend a shop that specializes in the electronic systems of vehicles to diagnosis and make the necessary repairs. They should keep the car until they replicate the symptoms described. A new BCM from GM should cost about $230; plan on another $200 for them to diagnose the problem, replace the unit, and program the new unit. The dealers quote between $700 and $1,100 for the same repair. My experience and the experiences I have read on the internet, indicate the new BCM should last only about a year.

I have a 2003 saturn L200 and the A/C stoped blowing cold air. The compresser is working, freon press is good it just blows hot air...
check cooling fan operation while ac on.If fan is working proper, will probably have stuck exspantion valve.

where is the fuse box for my L200 Saturn? My left tail blinker light doesn't want to work. I changed the light but it still won't pop on. I figured it probably meant it was a fuse. I can't find the fuse box for this light. It isn't in the fuse boxes under the dash. Where is it?
the fuse box is located under the hood on the drivers side. if the other directionals work it is not a fuse

2003 saturn l-series l300..I replaced throttle body and was still getting reduced power and started blowing controls b 10 amp fues when key was on so i traced it to the ecm/pcm. Replaced it and then did the passlock relearn and now when i start it the rpms go straight to 4000-4500 and dont go below 3500
Disconnect the throttle body wire and restart,ECM replacement?Do you still have the old ECM?I belive the problem may not have resided in the ECM,When you get a reduced power its doesnt mean a bad ECM The purpose for reduce power is to protect the catalytic convertor,If there is a fault detected in the APP1 or the APP2 a reduce power is ordered. What mediates this is the TPS sensor APP1 goes high and APP2 goes low,If you have a 2003 ECM or saturn this is not a drop in ECM.Your particular year is CAN,means you need to flash it.

our 2003 Saturn L200 turns over, but won't start...like it's not getting gas. This just started happening and only after we've already driven it that day. The first time it happened was yesterday. I ended up letting the car sit for several hours then I went back out to check it and it started right up. I drove it twice today on short trips then a few hours later went to run an errand and it just cranked again.
Check fuel pressure at the injector rail. If good, suspect crankshaft position sensor--when it fails to start, check for sparks by pulling an ignition wire off the coils and holding it close to the coil with an insulated tool while someone cranks the engine. If no sparks, replace the sensor.
