Where does the power steering fluid go
Hi Trina, I'm glad to help!
I'm not sure exactly where it is on your Saturn because I mostly work on Chryslers but let me explain what it looks like and where most manufactures install them. It will be a bottle are metal canister with a lid on it. Sometimes they are installed right on the engine and sometimes by the finder on the finder well. It should be a reddish or brownish looking fluid. CAUTION: Do Not mistake the brake fluid with the power steering because it will be very costly to repair if you put the wrong fluid in the brake master cylinder. NOTE: If you are not absolutely sure then go to Autozone and they'll tell you where it goes. Hope this helps and have an awesome day Trina.

What color wiring for horn on a 2003 saturn ion
Have you pulled the fuse for the horn? That might work for you. The color for the wire is black. I would try the fuse first, there is one under the fuse box under the hood. The horn fuse is in the # 20 slot.
No power going to ignition control module, what would cause this?
Yes, the pink wire to the ICM and from the run/crank relay should have battery voltage in run or start. If not, check fuse 11, a 10 amp fuse in the Fuse Block-Underhood. Also check fuses 38- a 30 amp fuse supplying power to the run/crank relay, and fuse 9- a 10 amp fuse between the run/crank relay and the ECM. All of these fuses are in the underhood fuse block.
Fuse 38-the 30 amp fuse, the power feed for the run/crank relay- will be hot at all times. Fuses 9 and 11 will be hot in run or start. Check for power at the fuses. If the relay is not turning on and sending power to those fuses and to the ICM, and the ECM, (and to the injectors through fuse 16 - a 10 amp fuse), then work back to the ignition switch and the body control module. Wish I didn't have to say that, but yes, the BCM is between the ignition switch and the run/crank relay.
Good luck, Michael.
