If there's anyone who has or knows where I could find the diagram to render the correct lbs of torque while tightening the bolts after a gasket replacement. I would really appreciate it very much.
i have alldatapro, and doesn't call for any torque.
so i will recommend hand torque.feel it tight but not too much.
that should do

From the research we've done, it sounds like it may be the drains, rather than the sunroof seal, that is the problem. What we need to know is how to locate the drains to try to unclog them. Please help!
The drain hoses get clogged behind the kick panels. Pull back the kick panel and reach in grab the hose and pull it out from the hole in the lower panel. Then I just cut off the end and watch the mud and water flow out then reinstall. There is also one in the rear wheel wells as well for the back drains.
There is no reason to remove the headliner unless its broke.

my 1994 Saturn SC1 will slam into reverse just once in awhile mostly when its cold. After running the car to get it warm, the reverse slam goes away but once in a while the transmission slips on an up shift or when I floor the gas peddle. It then slams up. Most of the time it shifts without a problem. One diagnosis says its a valve regulator (I could not find anything about a valve regulator - maybe they meant a valve body) another says its the computer. The level was low by a quart of trans fluid but after filling it the problem still occurs.
i had a 1994 saturn sl2 that did the same thing what you need to do is change the transmission filter and fluid and you should not have this problem any more if you can afford it go get the transmission flushed.

This 1997 Saturn CL2 is not shifting correctly. I had just put a used transmission from a SL2 also a 1997. Installation went fine. All wires are connected. Is this units shifting controlled electronicly? And can it be another shift control electronic issue? The shift position indicator module was removed from the old trans that was originally in the car. Could it be that it isn't positioned correctly? Would that cause it to shift fine in first and then shift to second and then immediately slip back into first again? Is this transmission already blown? Give me a hand here!
Check the Transmision kick down cable,,which is attatched to the throttle cable and goes into the transmission,,it may need adjustment.

I have a 97 Saturn SC2 (DOHC) and have been getting this error. I've also read in a few posts that there isn't any camshaft pos sensor on the 1.9L engines, and when looking at part stores they don't list the camshaft positioning sensor as one you can buy; what is the truth?
If there is a sensor, where is the best place to pick one up?

poor gas mileage-23 mpg. replased egr valve with a used one and that didn't help. ran a code reader and got code 32. please help.
Hi. The EGR valve is a very sensitive issue. Buying a used one will always result in a continuing fault code. I recommend purchasing a new EGR valve. Before you install it, be sure to clean the EGR housing thoroughly. there can be carbon build inside where this valve is inserted. this carbon will trip the code if its not cleaned out properly.
please rate and god bless.

Where is the starter relay located in a 2000 Saturn SL2?
It appears to be in the wiring under the dash above pedals. Photo I saw shows 2 relays taped inline in a wire bundle.
