2002 speedometer jumping all over the place after

Your "speed sensor" is failing. Replace it, and all your troubles will cease. It is located in the transmission, usually held in place by 1 bolt, and has a wire clip attached.

Spark plugs

Wait until the engine is cold. Carefully remove the spark plug wires from each cylinder. Pull the wires by the boot and not by the wire or the wire will be ruined. Now, using a spark plug socket (one that has a rubber fitting inside of it) and an extension remove the spark plugs by turning the wrench counterclockwise. Insert the new plug into the socket so that the rubber will hold the plug in. Place the plug and socket down inside of the hole. Hand tight the plug by turning the extension clockwise. Once the plug cannot be turned by hand, tighten it a little more with the socket wrench. Install the wires back onto the plugs by pushing down on the boot. thanks for using fixya and plsase do rate the solution.

Why does my 1994 Saturn SL1 battery light come on ?

Re-test your charging system...a used alternator is just that...depending upon how worn it was when you bought it, it can fail at any time. Also make sure all your connections to ground and hot wires are clean and secure. Your engine control systems operate by reading small changes in current from various sensors if voltage going to the system is low, it throws the entire system off and can cause odd problems.

What is the black box for to the left of the air filter,95 saturn sc2

when you say left do you mean looking at the vechicle from the front? if so then left means passenger side and it would be the relay box on that side if you mean the driver side you may be talking about the ABS brake computer box, but you did not say if it had wires connected to it.

Oil filter

You probably could if the threads are the same. Aside from military vehicles I have worked on, the Saturn was the first car I worked on with a spin-on trans filter. Most auto parts stores carry the transmission filter for Saturns and they are not that much more than an oil filter.

Car has new alternator, and starter. internitantly

No sir, a load tester does not give an accurate diagnoses, of a batteries condition. The Specific Gravity of -> Each cell, has to be checked also.
Believe it's 12.70, but don't quote me. I suggest with a good battery, that is fully charged, try again.

Also note that a battery in a drained condition can make an alternator go bad. The alternator works too hard. Batteries need to be fully charged, then put in the vehicle.

1995 saturn sl2 code 32

Hi. The EGR valve is a very sensitive issue. Buying a used one will always result in a continuing fault code. I recommend purchasing a new EGR valve. Before you install it, be sure to clean the EGR housing thoroughly. there can be carbon build inside where this valve is inserted. this carbon will trip the code if its not cleaned out properly.

please rate and god bless.

I have a 99 saturn sc2 with a twin overhead cam.

Most likely it's a stuck lifter. Try running some SeaFoam or Marvel Mystery Oil in the oil for maybe 500 miles and then doing an oil change; usually this will free them up. Otherwise you'll probably have to replace the lifters (they come as a set). How many miles do you have on it? What oil do you use? And how often do you change it?
