Disable my security it iprevening
This is a pretty common problem on GM cars. Expensive to fix, and even harder to diagnose. Read this info found on this link. It will help you understand the problem and offers some good solutions to beat this yourself. Bypassing this terrible system is a lot better than trying to have it fixed. Instead of paying the dealer mechanic to stumble thru the system and charge you for unwanted items, do this yourself.

I have a saturn sl2
Hmm... Belt out of position and anti freeze low. Hows your oil? It is possible your engine has seized. Saturns have decent little engines as long as they are kept with in operating temps, and have adequate oil and coolant. When you try to start it, do you hear the starter clicking or whirring?
To determine if the engine has seized , take the accessory belt off and try turning the fly wheel main pulley by hand it should turn . Make sure the wheels are chocked and the car is in neutral. If you need to jack the passenger front side up , be sure to use a jack stand. If the pulley does not move at all... It is a safe bet your engine is now just a hunk of aluminum. I hope it moves. Then it is likely your started burned out. That is a relatively inexpensive fix. And well within the abilities of the average home mechanic. Good luck!

Was driving down the road
Sounds like the alternator went out and drained your battery. Pull the alternator and have it tested at autozone or oreillys. They do it for free

Engine is over heating. looks
If the fan is not working then it definetly could cause the vehicle to over heat, especially of you'r driving requires stop and go running in high traffic. You can purchase a new fan clutch at any parts store, but before you do that you may want to make sure that is whats going on. Look over the engine and underneath to make sure there are not any coolant leaks. Here are some things that will cause over heating, a faulty thermostat, fualty or leaking water pump, or even a radiator cap that is not holding the right amount of PSI anymore which helps lower the boiling point of the coolant. The best tool to use to determine if there are any leaks is a pressure tester. If you go to Autozone or Pepboys then you can use the loan a tool program to aquire that special tool and test it you'r self. The alternative would be going to a mechanic shop and having them do the inspection for you and then fixing the problem you'r self as well. Another important not is to never drive you'r vehicle if it starts to over heat, the possibility of the pistons seizing up is at its highest which would require either a new engine or reboring the cylinders, so definetly do not take overheating lightly.
Hope this Helps!

Cleaning it out has nothing to do with it. IAC does which happens to be mounted on it.

My 2001 saturn cp is
Hello and welcome to FixYa!
As a first course of action please observe the coolant hoses. If there's coolant leakage the car will surely overheat. Do check the rotation of the radiator fan blower too, if it blows weak the car will surely overheat too. Last thing will be a crack on the cylinder head, you will need to rebuild it if that's the case.
Let's just hope that the first 2 are only the issue to cut the cost. Engine rebuild will surely cost you.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!

My motor is slamming when
Check u-joints and cv-joints. When they wear out it can cause play in the drivetrain, causing a 'clunk' when you put the car in reverse (and usually from reverse to drive). But, it sounds likely that this is what's causing your problem.

Windshield wipers do not work,
There is also a fuse module located on the passenger side of the center console under the dash. You can pull the plastic cover panel off by hand. This should be where the wiper motor fuse is located.

I can't get my car toshift out of park
If it is a manual transmission, there's a good chance it is one of the shifter linkage cables. At about 100,000 miles, my shifter stopped working and it turned out to be a snapped cable housing.

I have a 2001 saturn
disconnect the negative cable and let it sit for 5 minutes-hook it back up and let it idle for 5 minutes, then drive it normally for 5 more-resets all sensors, if there is something wrong the lights will come back and you should get a code.
