Whining sound from front passenger side.
Check the condition of front disc brake pads, if they are in need of replacement a preset little metal arm starts rubbing the discs and will make a whining noise. It doesn't do any damage but it's irritating to listen to.
2000 ls1 saturn dome light and cigarette lighter not working
Hi,When you removed the fuse, did you inspect it to see if it was burnt? If it wasn't burnt, then you replaced the wrong fuse.If the was indeed burnt, then you probably have another burnt fuse somewhere. Look under the dashboard/console and against the side wall or floorboard for another fuse box.Hope this helps.Randy
Where is the location and # of the turn signal fuse on a 2000 saturn L100?
Since it is both signals out a flasher may also be at fault. The flasher is located with the fuse box, located usually on left side of dash either on the end covered by the door panel(when closed) or near the feet kick panel or next to steering column. While I don't own your particular car this is what i can think of right now.
