There is no timing to set. It's computer controlled.

may be a few things , did you have the head checked for cracks? and is not warped , and fitted a new gasket . if all is ok there check under the valve cover ,there are welch plugs there on the head , may be rusted out and leaking coolant into the sump.

Has your timing chain broken ? Was the engine rattling prior to it just not working at all ? The 2.2 1st generation engine had a design defect , where the jet that sprayed oil on the timing chain didn't at low rpm' s. It's easy to check, just remove the cover over the water pump access hole, 10mm bolts, use a flashlight and mirror , and see if you can see a set of two chains. One runs the water pump and balancers, the other one runs the timing. It's much beefier than the water pump chain.

leaks what oil or AF, anti freeze. ? how much teaspoon or small lake.

The first thing to do is see if the AC compressor on the engine is running and if it is check to see if the larger of the two lines from the compressor is cold, if it is not cold and the compressor is not running then you have lost the charge of refridgerant due to a leak, if it is cold and AC compressor is running then the door inside the dash called the "Blend door" is stuck in the heated air position and you must replace it and the actuator that moves it.

They could be locked by the button on one of the doors.

The wipers are parking in the middle because the timing mechanism is off. Once they start doing this it seems to continue to happen so the 1st suggestion is to replace the wiper motor. If U don't want to spend the $ right now it's a pretty easy fix to reset the timing. Park the wipers & remove the wiper arms. Then remove the plastic cowling that covers the wiper motor & the motor assembly. Turn the wiper assembly over without turning the motor. Remove the nut on the arm of the motor. Repostion the arm pointing away from the closet wiper directly inline with the short arm. reassemble.

Faulty flasher unit, cheap fix. Check bulbs too, badly earthed bulbs can create a light show too. Red.

That is usually a fused circuit. Have you checked the fuse?
