1995 Saturn SL2 fuse box
The 1997 SL2 has a fuse for the cigarette lighter in a panel that is next to where the left foot of a passenger would be. The panel just pops off - held on by velcro.

there is no dip stick. you will have to take to some one to check unless you are good with cars

1995 saturn sl2 heater blows but doesn't get
Could be several things. First, when car is fully warmed up, open hood and feel your two heater hoses coming out of firewall. Make sure your heater control is on hot, both hoses should feel hot. If only one is hot, your heater core inside heater case is either restricting flow (clogged) or an air pocket is restricting flow in your coolant(need to "burp" system-get all the air out of your cooling system) . If heater core is good, and circulating good, then you may have a temp. control door that is inoperative under dash, and not allowing air to move over your heater core. Good luck.
Obd 1 scan on a Saturn 1995 al twin can code 12
GM code 12 is basically no distributor or ignition reference. You will always get that when the engine is not running and you just ignore it.
Are you have an issue with the vehicle? Let me know everything and maybe I can help out.
Flashers and hazards stopped working
Hello and welcome to FixYa!
As
a first course of action, I strongly suggest that you remove the
positive battery connector and let it sit for at least 5mins. before
reconnecting it. This will reset the system and can get your vehicle
back to it's normal operation.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!
Accelarates to 3000 rpm, without me hitting the
Ouch. that's awful high. Check your accelerator linkage on the engine for binding, obstructions, not returning to idle position. You may have a huge vacuum leak: any hissing noise, odd noises? Check all your vacuum lines for cracking, brittleness, not connected, etc. How does car run otherwise? Had a tune-up lately? Also, you should have your engine computer scanned for trouble codes- Autozone will do scans and give you code numbers and descriptions for free-so will lots of national chains. A trouble code may direct you to a sensor malfunction. One or two of your sensors have a lot to do with controlling idle speed, but it could be a lot of other things, too. Don't give up. Persevere to persevere!
Power window wont roll up
Just one, or all? At any rate, it's probably your switch on the door panel. You need to pull the panel off to get to the switch to find the problem. Also ckeck your window motor for operation. May need to put 12 volts there from a battery to check it. Sometimes a wire breaks from chaffing where the wires enter the door. At the switch, with key on, there is one hot wire going in. Find that one and verify that you have power to the switch. If you do, and the motor is functional, then, likely you need a new switch.
Fuel pump replacement
it is inside the gas tank, like about everything made since 1991. you have to remove the tank, kind of a messy and complicated task, plus all the mounting hardware is rusted tight and will break off in your hands. get a repair manual on eBay for about 5 bucks, read it and think about it before you start tearing things out.
the car is worth about 500 bucks, a new pump is about half that much. you might want to think about buying a 99 saturn with lower mileage instead of fixing that one. i had 4 of them and in my humble opinion the best saturn ever was a 99 stick wagon. i am sure the sedan was just as good and there are many out there.
Need to find a window
that is what junkyards, "auto recyclers", and craigslist are for. stay away from eBay as the cost to ship a window is more than buying a new one.
I have a 1995 saturn.it
If your car is overheating when you drive it,but you have replaced and made sure the radiator fan motor is working and coming on,you have flushed the system and replaced all your cooling components, then you may have a blown head gasket.Check for a milky white look to your oil dipstick. If so,you have a blown head gasket.or you might also have an air pocket in your cooling system that you need to bleed out.Good luck.
