Mike258:
It is Acelynn again.
Hi.
PO232 is indeed a faulty fuel pump relay.
Even if it does not get hot, the relay switch may still be faulty (in fact a faulty relay usually does not get hot). When the relay is faulty, most of the time that happens because the relay is open, and it does not get hot at all, it just does not work.
There are several ways to test the relay, located on the panel on passenger side, under the dash.
One simple way is swapping it with the identical Blower motor relay, located on the same fuse panel (disconnect the battery first).
If the Fuse relay was the problem, after swapping the two relays, the blower motor won't blow hot air inside vehicle, but the fuel pump will work.
The fuel pump relay is about $20.
Please do not forget to leave feedback.
Regards.

In the area that i live the automotive shops charge anywhere from $50 To $85 per hour for labor. The tensioner can range also depending on the vehicle. Some where between $35 to $100 or so. It should only take no more than one hour to replace though. Your overall bill should not exceed $185 plus tax. If it is any more than that then I strongly advise you to start asking for an explanation fo this over pricing. Hope this helps. Good luck.
Saturn 99 crancinc bath womt start
If you have a automotive stethescope put it against the inj. and you should hear a clicking sound when turning over the engine. If there is no clicking sound you can get a tester that will plug into the wiring harness. Just unhook the wire harness from thi inj. and plug in the tester. It should blink while turning over the engine. If you can't get a tester you can use an ohm meter to test. Unlplug inj. have someone turn over the engine while you have the leads touching the terminals on the wiring harness. If you have power then it is possibly clogged inj. I recomend checking the fuel pressure to ensure you are getting proper pressure. If I can be of any more help please let me know.
The air conditioner is blowing
It seems like a recharge may be in order. I'd try it for sure. Most recharge kits come with a pressure gauge that fits on the end of the coolant can and shows you how much refrigerant you have in the system.
2003 Saturn Vue 2.2 liter. Why is it stalling and the codes are P0340 and P1599. The car doesn't have a camshaft position sensor?
Circuit Description
This ignition system does not use a conventional camshaft position (CMP) sensor that detects valve train position. The ignition control module (ICM) detects when #1 or #3 cylinder has fired on its compression stroke using sensing circuitry integrated within each coil. The sensing circuit detects the polarity and the strength of the secondary voltage output, the higher output is always at the event cylinder. The ICM sends a CMP signal to the engine control module (ECM) based on the voltage difference between the event and waste cylinder firing energy. This system is called compression sense ignition. By monitoring the CMP and crankshaft position (CKP) signals, the ECM can accurately time the operation of the fuel injectors. If the ECM receives an intermittent CMP signal from the ICM, the CMP Resync Counter on the scan tool will increment. When the ECM cannot use the information from the CMP signal, DTC P0340 will set.
Diagnostic Aids
• The following conditions may cause this DTC to set:
- Low resistance in both the #1 and #3 secondary ignition circuits
- High resistance in both the #4 and #2 secondary ignition circuits
- An intermittent crank signal
• An Intermittent crank signal will result in an interrupted cam signal and may set this DTC.
• To locate an intermittent problem, monitor the CMP Active Counter parameter while running the engine with a scan tool. The counter should continuously count up to 255, then reset to zero. The counter will stop counting if a fault occurs in the cam signal circuit.
If this DTC is determined to be intermittent, refer to Intermittent Conditions .
2006 Saturn Ion 2.2l after driving the car, I park and turn the car off I can't get the key out why?
This could possibly be one of two things. An old, worn ignition key or a faulty shift/park solenoid.
If you are going to replace the key DON'T recut the key you are using now as you are only copying a Bad key. Get a brand new key from the Dealership. You will need the VIN number to do it.
The solenoid is located on the side of the gear shifter housing under the centre console so you will need to remove it to get access to it.
Location of MAP sensor on 2006 Saturn view 2.2 L
The Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor on a 2006 Saturn View 2.2 L is located on top of the cylinder head, right side, about 2/3 of the way back. There is one screw holding it in. You will need to take off the plastic engine cover off to access it. The sensor in the airbox is the MAF sensor. Mass Airflow Sensor.
Wont move in reverse or drive 2001 saturn l300
Make sure the shifter cable is working. If good then check the transmission fluid level. If ok Then check if the drive axles are ok, If all ok then you have an internal transmission problem.
