Clearly something else is happening. You didn't say whether it is a manual or automatic tensioner or what specifically has broken. Mostly these are very reliable. In the case of a manual tensioner it is important no to over-tension the belt. Other possible causes are bent or misaligned pulley(s), wrong belt or defective torsional vibration damper (crankshaft pulley). One final possibility I can think of is an egg-shaped pulley...

How hot is the engine running in degrees f? Does the radiator fan run? With hvac turned on, check voltage and ground at the blower motor. If good voltage and ground, suspect the blower motor is faulty.

if you catch them off peek hours some times ive found a helpful autoparts guy will help change a bulb or two , maybe allit's gonna cost u is money for a few bulbs ?

I'm going to assume this is an aftermarket block heater that goes in the side where a freeze plug goes, or in one of the hoses.Most heaters have a thermostat and an inline fuse. The fuse could be in the cord. Its possible the heating element is burned out, much like an element in a coffee pot.

if you have the time to do so and only if you know what you are doing lookm underneath your dash on the drivers side and carefully chase back the wireing untill you find a break in the line or a loose conection but honestly since you mentioned the fuse box start looking there, but just remember everthing is color coded so look at your colors at the speedometer and find them again at the fuse box you may like i said hav a loose connection.

Replace the fuel filter first and the spark plugs and then try without the starting fluid?

Best case scenario: Your battery is dead or almost dead.Worst case: The engine has seized and you have to replace it. Do the dash and interior lights stay on or turn out when you try to start the car?

check the coolant temp. sensor

if one side works, but not the other, your problem is not in the multifunction switch.
i would make darn sure that the headlight wiring harness has a good ground on that side.

on a car that old you get a chain kit and replace everything under the timing chain cover unless you have proof it has already been done before.

depends on how much you are willing to spend to fix a 500 dollar car. 91-95 saturns have a frequent odometer problem and you can find kits to fix it on eBay. however the instrument cluster has to be pulled and disassembled so you are going to spend almost as much as the car is worth to fix a minor problem. i would just live with it unless you have a very mechanical friend who is going to spend an afternoon doing this for you.

if you can hear the motor working but the winodwo is not coming up then it is probably out of the track.. there should be only a few screws holding the door panel on. remove it and put the window in down position. Then you can use your hands to work the window up. When you get it in the up position you can see through the door where the tracks are. Just lower the window back down in the tracks. But first put some good adhesive or silicone in the very bottom track that the windows rests in so that the window will stay attached to the bottom track.. once you have done that, raise the winding using the switch and leave the window in the up position until you are sure the adhesive is dry.

you need to put thick screw driver from behind and pull hard until the ring inside pass the trany grove pry hard eventually is gonna pop out
