Where can i find a new original automatic radiator
I don't think you can get NEW radiator from a car from 1995-2000. but you could always try at ebay. You can also buy an used one at your nearest scrap yard.I know, I know, it's a scrapyard, but you would be surprised how many extra parts sometimes they have.
1988 Saab 900 Turbo runs perfect until it rains.
Did you put plug wire grease on the ends of the wires? especially at the distrib. end. If it has a distributor, check the cap for cracks. One good test is to use a spray bottle, and spray the plug wires, the distributor, and see if the rpm changes. It shouldn't. If it does, you should be able to see a spark jumping someplace, and probably hear it as well
I have a 88 Saab and the roof was working fine
Hi M,
I think a build up of dirt dust and rust over a period of time may be responsible for the problem....
The solution if it's the easy one will be blowing out the rails and drain pipes with very high compressed air....REMEMBER TO WEAR GOGGLES....If it's the tough one, begin checking the electrical circuits....Find out if power is getting to the motor and check backwards from there....I don't believe disconnecting the battery will do much good , but as you've started, see what happens?....The relay has a coil side and a switch side which carries the power....If as you've said the relay is chattering, it could be defective or be receiving low voltage....Check the that the fitting is tight and that there's no play on the connectors....Switches also have a habit of becoming bad after some time, check that as well....For emergency operation, you can try a direct connection to the motor from a battery....Unplug the connector....You should see two terminals....connect positive to one and negative to the other and the slide should work in one direction....change polarities for opposite direction....
Let me know how you get on....?

What bulbs are in my dash,95 saab 900s,ebay has
you could go to a wrecker and have a look at a dash already removed from a vehicle or call a dealer and try and find out. otherwise just remove the dash and have a look
i would steer clear of leds, ive never seen any where the light emitted looked good. if you replace one bulb with leds you've go to do them all. but it just doesnt look any good on older cars in my opinion
WHERE DO YOU CHECK THE FLUID
you dont, its filled for life,on the side if the gearbox, you will see a square headed bolt, this is the filler, and the drainplug is underneath.if you do refill use ep90/100.
I need he code for my radio,,,saab 1988 somebody
First thing you have to do is remove the radio from the dash. If you are lucky, someone wrote it right on it but that's usually not the case. With radio in hand, call a saab dealership and they can tell you. Don't expect to get the code for free though, unless you get in touch with a kind dealership.
