Iam lossen power when i push on the gas dosent
I will say no to your questionBut you do have a possible failed oxygensensor heater, google the code & read upAny time you get codes you don't change partsCode only point you to a system that reported anout of range conditionYou use codes to component test & only replacea fail part when you know how to test for one.The front or upstream O2 Sensors are probably old& close to 100,000 miles,so you can change themThe O2 issue will effect fuel trim or proper fuel deliverybut not cause your problem by itself, you have a second issue to find.Maybe old spark plugs, ignition misifres, old partially blockedexhaust converter, maybe all of that

Alternator
The alternator is held by two bolts one at the top for ajustment and one at the bottom disconnect the power supply ,loosen the top bolt and move alternator to release tension on the belt so it can be removed then remove both top and bottom bolts you should then be able to lift it out.

Remove alternator on kia rio 2002
its not easy i wont lie to u i have a 2002 kia rio and ive removed the alternator 6 times the real trick is to take ur front passenger tire off and jack the car up high enough to have some wiggle room underneath. when u disconnect everything, youll want to face the alternator pretty much upside down and u just have to wiggle it out past your drive shaft and control arm
