The blower motor is located under the panel directly ion front of the windshield, the wiper arms and then the nylon nuts on the post must be removed to access the blower, here is a picture of the blower motor in the car with the panel taken off. Move the picture to your picture files and enlarge it, I apologize for the size but it was all that was available.
I have asked several questions.Thank you so much
there are alot of different testers out there many of them do pretty much the same thing and some do much more. a volt/ohm meter will tell you the voltage and the ohm's as well as many more settings. a test light is used to see if there is voltage or power to a connection it will have a clip on on end and a sharp tip on the other with a light when you hook the clip up to a grounded spot on your car and touch the point to the power in question if there is power the light will light up. a auto computer scanner will read and clear stored computer codes most will work for obd 1 and obd 2 computer systems. i would like to help you but i need more info on what your trying to test.
I had someone come over the last time my car did
a digital voltage meter can be bought at most auto parts stores for less than $10 and I have seen analogs go as cheap as $3 in places like harbor freight. Put it on the 12 volt scale, one probe on ground and the other goes to check voltage. It it has continuity capabilities (most do) set the meter to check, remove the fuse and check across the terminals with probe on each end. you should, however, be able to visually determine if a fuse is bad when you remove it, it will have a break in the metal in the center of the fuse.

fuse able links are hard to find if you dont have a wiring diagram to go by but relays and fuses are easy i would check for any bad fuses and bad relays its not uncommon for most cars to have a breaker style fuse/relay and they do go bad. if your having to have the computer reset i would look into having it tested also.

I guess for this and future problems you could buy an owners and/or service manual on ebay for less than 5 bucks. You can buy a used radio on craigslist or ebay for a few bucks, they are very easy to swap in and out.

Sounds like a broken wire at the harness where you squeezed. The broken wire is inside the insulation within the rubber protective tube. Must take it apart and rejoin with solder or a new section of wire.

While my engine is running
If a/c is on, fan will run all the time, if a/c is off, and fan still runs and don't come on and off with temp. check cooling fan relay could be stuck in the on position.

On the 91-99 S models, and in every car I ever owned, the blower motor is mounted upside down in the heater box just above the passenger's feet. you unplug it, back out 3 or 4 screws and it falls into your hands. before you put a new one in do yourself a favor and put a vacuum hose in there and get out what you can.
Can you tell me where
This vehicle has a timing chain. It is located behind sepentine/alternator belt. Behind there is the timing cover which needs to be removed to inspect timing chain. I would suspect a bad fuel pump or crank sensor or ignition control module. These compenents fail the most at my shop.
A molded plastic "box" missing
I'm thinking this is the cold air intake. The purpose of it is to draw cool air into the engine's intake instead of just drawing the air from the engine compartment. Your call runs better when it take in cooler air, so that's why it's there.
