remove the air filter housing check the wiring has not rubbed through on the metal filter holder mounting common problem.or water ingress in the engine control module/connector the plugs/on plug coils are also troublesome but 3 on the same bank is unlikely to go bad at the same time good luck

i think from memory the 2litre xtype petrol and 2.0 diesel were launched about 2002 and were front wheel drive only. dynamic stability control was only on the 2.5 and 3.0 ltr which were awd cars

try this as it could be the alarm ?? disconnect both leads on the battery and join them together ,leave for ten mins and then reconnect the battery and try again .It is after all a ford mondeo but a very nice luxury one .Unlike my jaag which is a XJ6 4.0 sorry but this old dinasaur only likes jaags with a big petrol engine .Remember never trust a old man with a jaguar

The door lock cylinders have either been replaced or the lock cylinders are frozen from rust and corrosion. Best bet is to spray some type of penetrating oil in the key hole and let it try to soak in and keep trying the key gently to work it loose, if that doesnt work, you can most likely get new lock cylinders or have a locksmith cut you keys for them

Often caused by fuse F67 blowing. This fuse is located in the fuse box on the left hand side of the car (behind the panel inside the glove box in a UK car). In turn the fuse blows because there is an auxiliary alarm sounder on the same circuit. It shorts out when its on-board rechargeable batteries fail. This sounder is under the front left hand wheelarch, behind the plastic water shield, forward of the road wheel. Most people disconnect it permanently

That depends on if you tried to run car with diesel and how far the diesel got in the system. You may need to replace all of the fuel system.
