Solenoid valves replacement
There are several solenoid valves on that transmission. But generally you remove the oil pan, drain the fluid, remove the valve body and then swap out the solenoids. Not usually a DIY project.

How do I program S Type Jaguar key fob Year 2000 Jag ?
Seperate key fobs only can be programmed in the following way.
Turn ignition on/off 8 x times (allow all functions to stabilise) after the 9th on - press a button on both remote fobs. then turn ign. off. use good remote to lock and then try new remote to unlock/lock. sometimes it works first time - sometimes you have to repeat actions. good luck.

Cold air
Sounds like its the blend door actuator has failed or loose or cracked vacuum line going to it. These are usually not fun to replace although I dont know about your specific model, but most that I have seen you have to remove the dash.

P0430....Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2)try changing the O2 sensors the one before the cat is the first one to fail in normal circumstances ,must be an american market model this vehicle as i cannot read a europeon market vehcle here in europe ,encrypted software

WONT START.SECURITY LIGHT FLASHES WHEN TRYYING TO START
Anti Theft System - inmobilizer is actovated. Need disarm to start engine. Have you another key and fob? Try lock/unlock cycle with new key + fob. Your key may be corrupted.
Try also just unlocking the car with the key (not the fob) as soon as
you unlock the door put the key in the ignition immediately and see if
the car starts.
If you have your radio code it may be worth trying a total reset (leave
the car unlocked) disconnect the battery and leave for 20 mins. then
reconnect.

My 2000 s type jaguar air bag light stays on and
the most likely cause of the air bag prob is the steering wheel ribbon connector module behind the steering wheel it is going open circuit intermittantly the battery warning sounds like a differant issue. the car you have had big problems with corroded wiring at the front end ie.around the front bumper/engine bay area so perhaps the battery warning light may a cause of corroded wiring

Warm air from side vents
i worked for a jag franchise dealer and one off the issues with your vehicle was just what your are asking for help. the factory came out with a fix and it was to renew all the servo motors on the climate unit cos its got a dual system and the prob is the fascia vents then its the fascia vent servo motor has failed is the centre vent the same?
