Usually, the fuse for the washer pump is incorporated with the wipers, so if your wipers work, fuse is probably good. Best way to check is with a simple test light. Just unplug the connector for the washer pump, and probe the terminals with a test light clipped to the negative terminal of the battery. Someone will need to hold the washer pump in the ON position, with key in ON, while you are testing for power. If there is power on one of the two wires to the pump, fuse is good, and power is good, so the washer pump is probably bad.

Most likely this is the sending unit which you would have to remove your gas tank to replace.  It's actually a common problem with these cars.

I wish I could be of more assistance, but most likely it's the sending unit like I had mentioned above which would need replaced if it is indeed a faulty sending unit that's causing the issue (From research I've done and having a friend with the same car and same problem, it IS most likely the sending unit, but there are other things that could be causing it as well).

Need to have it inspected by an alignment shop to be safe .

I would have the fuel pressure tested and also see if the MAF sensor is within specs, the MAF will not set a code in most cases.

Should be in the fuse box located under the dash on the left side.

One reason the fuel pump is not getting power is a defective camshaft sensor. When the camshaft sensor goes bad, the computer in the car will not allow power to the fuel pump and no power to the spark plugs too. Why would you need to hotwire something that is already wired correctly in the first place. Some part is defective. You just cannot bypass the problem to fix it.

Low air pressure in WHAT? If you mean low air pressure in your tires, you just fill them to the pressure specified on your tires and the light will go out on its own.
