How do fix broken lug nut on kia sorento
Most likely you will have to have it pounded out and replaced with a new wheel stud. These are vehicle specific and are sold at auto parts stores. If you can take a lug nut with you.
What is the firing order on a 05 kia sorento
Which engine do you have fitted? Is it a Petrol or a Diesel? They did four different engine sizes which were either an inline 4 cylinder or a V6. The firing orders are different between V6 and inline 4 cylinder engines so please use the comment section below and I'll try to give you more help.

LX. Where is the port to add Freon?
Well, lets get something very clear here. Freon is a brand name of R12 refrigerant. Your vehicle takes R134a refrigerant.
Secondly, it is technically ******* for you to install R134a refrigerant into an air conditioning system without proper licensing.
Lastly, why waste your money on refrigerant when you most likely have a leak that will cause your refrigerant to vent to atmosphere in less than a month anyway.
Get your car fixed correctly, legally, and do the right thing for the environment. Hire a mechanic that has the proper Section 609 licensing along with ASE A7 Certification.

Replaced crankshFt position sensor and starter on 2005 Kia Sorento and it still don't start art
Hi. The two primary functions that need to be present is fuel and spark. Please verify that they are there. There are different ways to determine the failure but I need more information first. Was the engine light on before the "No Start" issue? Did you retrieve any engine codes and if so, what were they? A no start problem can me mechanical or electrical. This could be related to the car's anti theft feature, blown fuse, wiring, out of gas, fuel pump, CPS, TPS, ECU or any number of failures. Please write back with more information or questions. Good Luck.
I have a 2005 kia sorento just changed the spark plugs and now the car wont start and the horn blows has something to do with the anti- theft tried locking doors from out side and that didnt work
Hi Sue Did you or someone else change spark plugs? Changing plugs should have made no difference to engine starting assuming they are correct plugs and all the plug gaps are correct. Also of course whatever you disconnected to replace plugs was reconnected. What was the reason for changing plugs in the first place did you have a starting or running issue? Did you disconnect battery for any reason? If not something may have triggered a module to freeze maybe you had ignition switched on whilst disconnecting coils or flashed a wire to ground without realising it.
The only thing I can advise without looking at the vehicle is disconnect the battery earth (negative - ) terminal only. Leave it disconnected for at least 15 minutes reconnect and try again. This will send all Modules to sleep and reboot when you connect the negative terminal. It's a bit like a home computer sometimes we have to completely power down because it freezes. Make sure ignition is switched off when you carry out this procedure as you do not want to reconnect battery and send power through all circuits. This part has to be controlled by the ignition switch. You may also need your radio code as the radio may not switch back on without entering the code. If this does not work someone will have to visually look at your vehicle. Good luck
I have a 2005 Kia
The transfer is vacuum actuated. Check that all vacuum hoses are attached and not broken and cracked and losing vacuum to the actuator switch and motors.
Kia sorento 2005 check engine light code po171
unless you do something to fix the problem , it will come up again
the sensor at fault will be the heated oxygen sensor(HO2S)in the exhaust manifold in bank one
It reports the gas composition to the ECM which then adjusts the air/fuel mixture to correct the lean burn
Trouble starting kia sorento 2003
pull the injectors for a recondition and pressure set
have it done by an accredited diesel specialist shop
make sure that the battery is fully operational as it needs to crank fast to start easy
