Change fuel filter on a 2006 Saturn Vue. V4.

How to Replace a Fuel Filter
DIY & Save up to $123.86 (Complexity: Moderate / Time: 1.4 hours)

Parts:
1. Fuel Filter - $115.14

Tools:
1. 3/8 in. Drive Ratchet - $7.55
2. Hose Pincher - $5.84
3. Flare Nut Wrench - $5.53
4. Flat Head Screwdriver - $3.14
5. Socket Set

Steps:
Step 1
Open the hood and locate the fuel filter. If the fuel filter is not in the engine compartment, follow the fuel line from the tank until the fuel filter is located.
- Tip: Safety Tip:Always wear safety glasses when working on your vehicle. Wear other personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary, for example latex gloves or safety shoes.

Step 2
If the fuel filter has a clear case, inspect the filter element for dirt.

Step 3
If the fuel filter case is not see-through, remove it from the fuel line. Drain the fuel from the filter into a container and inspect the condition of the fuel.
- Tip: Caution: Before removing fuel lines or fuel related parts, make sure that the fuel pressure is relieved from the vehicle fuel system. To relieve the pressure in fuel injected systems, remove the fuel pump fuse and run the engine.

Step 4
Install the new fuel filter making sure that the flow is in the correct direction. The arrow on the fuel filter is the direction of flow from the tank to the engine.

Step 5
Secure the lines back onto the fuel filter. If applicable, reinstall the fuel pump fuse.

Step 6
Start the engine and check for fuel leaks.

Step 7
Test drive the vehicle to check for a rough running engine, hesitation, or lack of power.

Hope thats help (remember rated this help). Good luck.

The radiator light is on and I wanted to know what

You're probably low on coolant. Check the coolant reservoir under the hood, and if it's below the "Full" line, add coolant until it is full. If you're not familiar with the coolant reservoir, look in your owner's manual under "Cooling/AC system" or "Maintenance". There should be a picture or drawing of the reservoir along with instructions for filling it. Good luck.

OBD II error code 0430 shows up when investigating

No. When the "cats" fail, you will notice a loss of power after running for a while. This happens because when the engine/car cools off, overnight, all of the fumes evacuate the cats. When you first run the engine, the cats are empty and runs good. As you drive, they get clogged up and this is the indication they need to be replaced. You could have a bad injector and it's feeding too much gas which also gives you that reading. You need more testing to understand why the O2's are giving you that reading.

Misfire

The short answer is no.A missfire would be a drop in RPM for one cylinder. Usually fuel, spark, or compression is the cause. Could also be a transmission issue. A faulty gas cap should also set a code since the computer would not be able to vent the tank correctly.
