in any vehicle the wiring looms earth connections are very important
make sure all the earth connections are clean and tight
also check the brake light switch thats mounted by the pedal
check the contacts on both rear lights bulb holders

Codes first. You can get a code reader at the auto parts store. Maybe a pawn shop, check the year of it. Other wise you could be replacing parts you don't need. A couple of injectors will cost more than the reader. First to check would be spark and fuel pressure. Then again, cost to buy the tools to check fuel pressure on these. These, you have to disconnect lines and insert the pressure gauge and fittings to check.

I would try a few ace hardware locations. Some will cut a blank, that you provide and some wont. Its a gamble. They need to have a special machine to cut honda keys, kinda like a mill. My ace charged $45 to cut a honda key.

I notice from the questions you are asking that your key wont turn in the ignition lock, not that you just need a new key to replace a lost one. As you may know, most car keys are "chipped" or programmed to a car so just getting one cut doesn't mean it will start the engine, but this may be alright for you just to find out if the ignition barrel itself is okay. If a locksmith can cut a key for you it will be relatively cheap to do and find out about the lock. Most manufacturers require you to purchase one from a dealer and you will need proof of ownership, but this can be costly and even more so if the new correct key wont work due to a faulty lock. check fuses , relay an see if there is power to them.

If all of the door locks are not working, the problem is likely a fuse or a bad relay. If only one is inoperative, then the switch is likely the culprit

Disconnect battery or pull the memory fuse for the radio. If you enter the wrong code 3 times on the radio it reads error and locks up.

Could be a connector or wire with a loose or bad connection.

A thing called the "Clock Spring" in the steering wheel needs replacing. It has all the wires in that operate that stuff on the steering wheel and airbag. There may also be a sliding ground connection that could be bad or dirty.

Replace your glow-plugs with the proper ones from DENSO.

If the battery was below five volts when you jumped it. It is a normal security feature. It should reset after you put the key in to start.

in canada? with DRL? is the charge (battery Light on running) nice photo but do name all lights, i see idle is at 800rpm good. i see check engine light there, top left. so you need to scan PCM using any scan tool that is first. DRL can shut down for other failures one is charge lamp. on. if charge lamp is on , do not drive far, or it will stall and battery will discharge and be stranded. (till AAA auto tow is called <jumped)

if not completely installed remove belt and start over. marks must be directly in line. if you have already completed the installation, you have to dismantle it again to correct this. if trying to set timing without dismantling, the distributor will not be correct and engine timing will be incorrect and run poorly
