2005 jeep wrangler sport,4.0l petrol,,sediment
Not sure if the version you have there is the same as in USA but you should have a filter/regulator combo on top of the pump assembly.
Checking fuel pressure and volume with your finger is not accurate. A difference of 8-10 psi can make a big difference in how the engine runs!!!
Your best bet when doing diagnostics is to get a repair manual and follow test procedures and values they list. Your problem may not be fuel related at all...testing will reveal that. Always do electrical tests after the battery is fully charged and all fuses, grounds and connections have been checked.
As I can't do the testing from here, I'd be looking first at the throttle position sensor and MAP sensor as both have an influence on fuel delivery.

There is a screeching noise
Yep, I have had this problem, the throw out bearing has either came apart or the pressure plate broke (exploded,) . your going to have to remove the transmission to examine it, I can't say there is nothing else broken, never know, till you check it out

My 2005 Wrangler X wont
first tighten the battery poles using a suitable wrench that fit the tightening bolts, if you see white materials, that is oxidation, clean using a brush then wash off with tap water. check also the negative cable, (from the negative side of the battery it is bolted directly to chassis) it might be loose due to mechanical vibration. hope this helps ;-)

The vehicle until warm runs off a different set of
parameters for the computer as far as timing and fuel are concerned.
Temp is not a problem at 200... and it is normal for the oil pressure
to lower once warm. ( as long as you have 10 psi oil pressure for
every 1,000 rpm's you are ok.)
The two codes cam/crank sensor are timing related related. So I would suspect something that deals with both sensors,Timing chain
maybe? This particular engine has a problem with chewing up timing
chains. If you find this to be the problem i recommend using factory GM replacement parts.
I have had to re-do several that i tried to use aftermarket parts on.
The only other thing that comes to mind , dealing with the drive
ability, is the fuel pressure. These vehicles are sensitive in the
fuel pressure area, but this should not make the light on the dash
come on. You may have more than one issue. The other part of the
vehicle that deals with timing is the ECM. If you have access to a scan
tool with data stream on it , you can look and see if the ECM is
receiving a signal.

I have a 2005 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with 4.0
Lets try to verify were the sound is comming from. Injectors usually don't "TIC" they spray. But the best way to determine where the sound is comming from is to use a stethoscope. (sold in Auto zone), place it on the the noisy tin and listen.
What you describing sounds more like valves.

My 2005 Jeep Wrangler has a "rotating" clunking
when you say you had a defective rotor turned do you mean it was skimmed due to warping.if so, skimming is not any good for a warped rotor, replace both sides with new asap,or the vibration will cause bushes to fail at worst.
warped rotors are the bain of all modern cars as makers dont use ventilated types (too expensive)

Maintain to receive and issue stock item
You'l need to assign each dumper with a work order with specifics of procedures done each day to the vehicle, and expected maintenance for each day. Each vehicle will obviously have an assigned number to track and a worko procedure for each task and by whom. You can make a list in Excel for easy tracking.

Heat and air fan only
This would be the fan module located behind the glove box, should
have 3 to 4 wire plug on connector about $25.00 part, but very hard
some times to access to remove and replace (look for a square looking module attached to the fan motor it's self)

Jeep over heats when running a/c i changed the
Hi. Issue could not be your AC. check the cooling system of your Jeep. Try putting a coolant first and observe. If same thing happens check the water pump. it might not running perfectly that causes the water not to circulate properly.
