Buy the Repair Manual at the Parts Store. Open to Wiring Diagrams. Provoke the Symptom. While Vehicle is doing the Concern, use a DVOM to isolate the Problem. Any electrical component , on that Circuit, could be the Problem. Even a Fuse that appears good, can have corrosion that causes a Problem. If they were Honda techs, I would go with the Relays.

If you can, have an engine wash or a clean up in your engine bay in a garage or any shop. This will make it easier for you to trace the leak.
If the leak comes directly at the intake or between the head and the engine block, check if you get bubble forming inside the radiator when you turn on the engine. It may be a bad head gasket.
Other than that it may just be isolated between the hose. It may be loose crimp or a worn out hose. Or it could be just the seals. For the heater of the car, it takes the heat from the radiator system via the coolant. This may be the one you are referring it and it may go to the firewall.

The alternator is not charging, even if it's new, you probably have a fuse that is blown. Look in the fuse panel under the hood where the big fusible link style fuses are held. I think you'll find that one of the larger fuses in this panel is bad. They are hard to see sometimes, a multimeter may be needed to check them.

The first steps are to find out what is missing, does it get fuel and does it get spark, start by spraying starting fluid into throtlebody and see if it runs for a few seconds and if it does then this tells us it lacking fuel and may be caused by a bad fuel pump, if it still doesnt start then remove a sparkplug wire and try to start while someone watches to see if the wire sparks, this tells us if theres spark if theres spark then that good but if not then check the distributor cap and rotor if there good then you may have a bad coil or distributor, before you do any of these tests first have a look at the timing belt, make sure the belt did not jump or break, the cover top will need to be removed or pryed open after removing the top bolts so you can look at the belt good luck and i hope this helps.
