Hi. Anon.It sounds like your IACV, ( Idle Air Control Valve), is bad. I would go to the parts store, if you can drive the vehicle and have them hook a scanner up to your vehicle, ( its free) and pull the codes for you. This will give you a better idea of what is happening with your engine. Hope this helps. Let me know.

Hook up a gauge and see what fuel pressure you have. Do an upper throttle body clean.

Make sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good. I don't think your security system is the problem? At the starter motor two voltage circuits, one is fuse protected and is hot all the time. The other circuit goes hot with key in the start position and relay is energized. Any testing at relay or starter motor, make sure tranny is in park or neutral and parking brake is set.

USA CAR>? power loss 12vdc to cluster. basic, simple loss can happen. easy get it fixed? any shop in town can. that is what 99% do today if not read the book the sm is free, takes a $20 DMM meter to find it, replace the 2 cluster fuses yet, that brake thing is very very odd. sound to me like engine stall, and total vacuum loss as side effect. brake hard is not the correct word brakes hard and work perfectly as manual brakes do and only the vacuum assists fails in fact the brakes are totally ok ,just takes more pedal pressure. Replace the spark plug wires, the distributor cap and rotor. This is a classic symptom of engine cross firing.

I can't decode that. the ZJ jeep 95 check levels yet?, the correct way ,not using engine oil check way>?! the A/t is a very complex system. with electronic controls(not all) its seems simple to a driver but is not, in truth. not at all. and we'd need full set of symptoms, good and bad, or ugly to guess. yes and no/ year depends...yes, if it the right engine.no if not. is this a USA jeep or export? (immo differences) we do not know what turn over means. in this case you meant engine cranks fast and will not start. Changing out the CKP was a bad idle. 1 of 4 , engine, 4L (veries but unstated trans) must be calibrated or its wrecked at the first turn of CRAnking . So be ready for 2 causes of dead spark is that fun ,no. this is what you did wrong, if compression is ok. 1: check all fuse first. we test all ones that look ok. see? 2: then we scan it cranking, or all this is hopeless, see why? it will tell you why there is no spark, but you skipped step 2. 3: not only that but you didnt check the ASD relay. if its not pulling in the PCM is telling you why. if its pulling in and dropping out, then pcm tells you why. if ASD holds in full time cranking PCM is happy in this regard. there 6 to 8 reason for ASD to drop. one is immoblizer upset. I will stop here, as spark needs to be corrected. here is the no start page. spark dead help, knowing that. sparks dead so no need to read the no start page, we go right to ASD tests see the 8 ways? I know you say you disengaged alarm yet it sounds like immobiliser has cut the pulse to injectorsyou need an auto electrician

this is a high pressure line, using carb hoses to do this it will like and if it gets a sparkyou will explode as seen on TV.why would you risk that, and me behind you, dang.why send all that junk in tank to the 10micron screens in your injectors. making the repair x10 most hard and costly.why.?when i was young i park on a curb and swap it , in front of the store. not matter what.now id tow it home.and fix it the correct and safe way.got AAA with tow,? why not?tell my how you intend to hack these factory fittings. why not buy a filter and put it on,like the rest of the world does....

Do you mean the ignition key lock or the actual switch, 2 very different things.
