I would check for power at the pump also, should be battery voltage. The relay is easy to check, just swap out the relay with one door another one that matches, like for the fan or Windows etc. Look for an embossed number on the relay, to make sure. Make sure to put it back. And replace if that fixes the issue. There's may be a code that could set the dash light on. It may also have residual codes that don't set off the light. An injector issue should ping a specific cylinder with a code. The fuel pump would cause all cylinders to set off codes.
