Check the speedo gear on the transmission for worn or flat teeth. Replace if necessary. You should lubricate the cable with lithium grease too.

When you first start the car can you hear the pump run? There is a fuse and/or relay located in engine compartment.

problem 1 check the motors side by side if the operation and mounting is the same more than likely will problem 2 put the hand brake on and start the car, place in gear if it idles ok then put your foot on the brake --if it plays up it is a vacuum leak in the brake booster problem 3-- gm has a policy of not changing transmission oil if the car has more than 100,000miles on it , I would suggest taking it to an accredited transmission specialist shop, have the bands and clutch packs adjusted and a transmission oil change done

Either your light bulbs are burned out, you have a wiring issue between the blinker switch collar and the rear lights (easy to check with a voltmeter or test light), or you have a bad brake light switch (again, easy to verify with voltmeter or test light), or a problem with the blinker switch collar (most likely).

try a drop tester i think you will find its failed ,yes it may show 12.something volts but it it has no amperage behind it

some mechanics remove the hose going to the cooler tank and run the engine at idle till oil stops running. I like to remove the oil pan, clean it and fit a new filter.

What part of the panels doesn't work? Illumination or the gauges?

sounds like a defective vehicle speed sensor or some other electrical problem,bad connection to sensor.

Go to a car stereo place and have them put in an interior antennae that's the size of a Bic lighter. Goes on the passenger side of the windshield near the dash. No outside antennae to be ripped off by idiots.
