Your swift may not even have power steering. If it has a power steering pump , follow the hose. Not sure about your suzuki , but I have seen some cars that don't have a resevior , just a little dipstick on the top of the pump.

How to correct fault code 1y031n on 07 swift?

1994 how did you get this code and why does it look so odd.? most 94 cars are not OBD2 codes and are oBD1, and are flash codes. where id you see this code, on the dash in a scan tool ? (name it) or where? and what engine?> what transmission.? 94 swift is a body that options are applied. just a body. why not RTM, read the manual the FSM its there. https://suzukipitstopplus.com/Products/1114-1994-swift-service-manual.aspx

I have no idea what hoses go where on my carburetor... I know what line does what... Just not where to plug it in

Suzuki swapped things around a lot, but usually, on the carb you have two identical inlets together on one side of the throttle opening: these are for the water in and out - it doesn't matter which. In a line with them is a triangular plate with an angled outlet: that is the re-start idle up. Slightly behind that outlet there is another small outlet, this is the Vacuum Solenoid Valve, On the other side there is a single inlet. That is the fuel in. Hint: in future always take photos before you start taking things to pieces. :)
