do you have normal fuel pressure and spark when cranking the engine ?

1. Sometimes the steam from under the hood, because it is over heat.

1. Check the water hose include the heater hose, it is a smaller hose behind the engine on the top near the back of the hood, find out which hopes is leaking.

1. If the hose is OK, check the freeze plug on the engine, because if the engine is too old, maybe the plug was rust and leaking, when it’s leaking, the engine is hot, you will see the steam under the hood.

1. When engine is hot, you have to be very carefully, do not open the water cap, if you want to open, you have to either wait a while or use a heavy towel to cover the radiator cap, then open it.

1. Maybe the radiator is leaking.

the code is for a key issue. It did dot reconize your key so you may have a security lockout.

Does it do this when the engine is running? There is no way for it to make a sound with just the steering column. There are seals and bearings in the column but this sounds like pump squeel to me. That would be a bad belt or low fluid

Did you check the fuses under the hood? The cigarette lighter fuse is not located in the fuse box by the passenger door.

how are you bleeding them..there is a port on each one somewhere..

try to reach up under the front of the car with your arm and try to locate the latch with the hood release cable attached to it. Use your fingers or plyers to manipulate the latch to release-pull on the cable. You may have to remove the grill to access it.

You pollute the atmosphere. Your exhaust smells like sulphur dioxide. We get more acid rain etc etc
