It might be a little pricey, but when you car gets almost empty, run about 2 Gallons of 90% or higher Alcohol in, and try it like that. If you have access to it, try to find a fuel station that sells the "Turbo Blue" high octane racing fuel. This stuff burns almost as clean as alcohol. Hope this works.

What engine does this have? 2.5? If so these have a real problem with the distributors. The parts stores stock them.

get is service now before the grind wrecks more parts. id not drive it, at all , may be to shop.

This is called the water pump weep passage which is a sign that your seal in the water pump has failed.

You need to replace the water pump.

have a parts store pull code, to see what sensors r at fault, tps throttle position sensor may need adjust, oxygen sensor needs replaced, may have two ? both need replaced. gas cap might b faulty ? in any event, the trouble code must b cleared out from computer, after repaired is made. if engine light comes back on, reclear it. sometimes intermittant sensor problems occur, engine light comes back on. well, the gas we buy with ethanol is killing our engines, put some fuel stabilizer in @ next fuel up. but try some fuel injector cleaner first, winter gums up injectors, soooo ! fuel filter replacement is always in need, people don\'t get it, replace all filters, air, fuel, oil, get it ? maintenance is a necessary evil. u change yur clothes ever day, right ? well, same thing., good luck, ken

bad thermostat

If it will go down completely,it won't need fluid.And needing 2 people just to put the top back up can be a problem if it's about to rain.Sounds like the pump is weak from use and needs replaced,and it needs all the power when folded.Rather than replace the hydraulic pump,first oil the joints with a light spray lubricant and see if it will work.Those joints may be worn and binding when folded.Kinda like your grandpas knees,he needs help getting up from a crouched position.

which one ? brakes? coolant? coolant is on top of the motor next to the radiator hose on the thermostat housing, be carful soak it with penetrating oil for one day so you don't break it. (do not drive while soaking it)
