Before replacing parts that probably won't fix the problem ,learn how the starting system works for your vehicle ,then test !
Yes ,there is a relay an it is controlled by the PCM - powertrain control module . When you turn the key to the start position ,this does not have a direct hook to the starter . It's a B+ voltage input to the PCM - engine computer . The PCM must also see a message from the transmission control module that range sensor is showing the vehicle is in park or neutral and no problems with the anti-theft system , then it will energize the starter motor relay . Do you know what an how a relay work's ?
If don't know how to test ,using a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter and a wiring diagram , LEARN HOW ! Sounds like a loose connection , probably a ground connection . Looking at a wiring diagram to see if these system share a common ground point . If they don't ,testing the electrical circuit's for these systems would need to be do to find the problem .Free wiring diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html

Did you try jumping where the Clutch relay plugs into the fuse/relay box ? Pin 87 & 30 are the compressor clutch coil power supply . If you look on the bottom of the relay you will see four set's of numbers 30 & 87 , 85 & 86 . If you take a piece of wire an jump 30 to 87 this will send B+ voltage to the clutch coil engaging the compressor . Is the PCM turning on the relay ?

to solve your problem you must read the repair manuals to fix the problem if you don't have manual i am sending you a link from you can get it easily http://toolsnyou.com/
Sometimes the mechanical system that locks your steering wheel has too much vehicle weight which can prevent the key from turning. If you can move the vehicle back and forth while someone turn the steering wheel and turn the ignition switch.
the door light switch, little black thing that sticks out on the door hinge side, this may need replacing. some times they have a rubber on them, its a switch.
It's probably a ground issue ,looking at wiring diagrams to see what these all have in common would be the first place to start ! Do you know anything about automotive electrical systems an circuits ? How to read a wiring diagram ? You can find free wiring diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html Enter vehicle info. year , make , model and engine size . Under system click body & accessories , then under subsystem click on the thing's your having problems with ,like wiper / washers . Then click the search button ,then the blue links . In the first diagram you will see a couple of relays for the wipers ,, plus they are located in the intergrated power module . Also in that box you will see the front control module . These are all computer controlled systems . Having a scan tool that can check codes in this modules would be a first step to take . If no codes are present , checking power and ground circuits for the problem systems . Do you know how to trouble shoot automotive electrical circuit's ?

Having a repair manual from alldata would be a good thing to have , it would show all ground locations . Also how to take thing's apart to get at them . Some grounds maybe behind the insturment panel or behind kick panels etc.... This would show all that !

There is a chip in the body control module. called a timer. It pops and kills the wiper motor. Price is more like $6. Most electronics stores have them. Once you have the BCM out and apart, the chip is black has 14 or 16 leads coming out of it. You should see were is it cracked or a piece has broken out the top.
As long as the coolant is full, You won't have problems with heat. Check the rest of the system for leaks. Can't find a leak and still gets low. 2 possibilities. Heater core is leaking or head gasket is leaking. I would lean towards the heater core because of the water inside.

Dealer needs to plug in a computer to reset unless you have the computer key. If you have the key with the chip, unhook the battery, lock and close all the doors. Tap the battery cables together then hook the battery back up and unlock the doors with the key. If you don't, then the alarm will keep going off. Low battery can also trigger the anti-theft system.
This vehicle does not have a rear axle. It has 2 spindle hubs that are bolted into a housing with 4 bolts from behind the brake assembly similar to the hub assembly in the front except that the mount is static and has a spindle instead of a 1/2 axle joined to the transmission. To remove it, remove wheel, remove 4 bolt and and speed sensors if equipped with ABS brakes.. You may need to disassemble the brakes to get at the nuts & bolts.
Bypass the rear heater core take both hoses off the core and go to hardware store ask for apex tubing an conect hoses to it n put 2 clamps on each side u will have to guess the size or cut a piece of it n take it with u to get the size tubing u need that will kill all heet to back not the front
Have similar problem with my 2000 T&C. To open, I have to put the palm of my right hand on the bevel where the latch is and push down while lifting the latch with my left hand.
well you can reach around the top of the engine to get to the rear plugs or go underneath and get at them from the bottom. you can remove the wiper cowling to gain access more room as well.
