If the motor works when top up is used, then it's the relay. Relay located on left side near driver's foot.

I think these just swivel up from the bottom edge.

An easy thing to check first is your air filter. If it is clogged, it can cause that problem. I speak from experience. Had the exact same thing happen with an '85 Oldsmobile.

Hi Amy, I'm glad to help! Amy, this is a tough one, because without running tests its hard to find wiring issues. It sound like you have lost either power or ground somewhere in the system where all of these components come together and or related to one another. I would check for a connector where all of these components go through and see if there is power and ground at that connector and the power and ground comes out the other side of the connector. On some vehicles there is a fuse for low and high beam head lights. If bulbs are ok, I would check for a blown fuse! or relay.

I am assuming this is the Lebaron model and you have the 2.5 or 3.0 engine, right ? Do you have power going to the coil, and a ground signal coming from the distributor ? Did you check the asd relay ?

My guess is that you have a cvc joint that's gone bad.. (A cvc joint is a joint in the kind of drive shaft (axle) that comes out of the trans-axle to the wheel.) I'm thinking you need a shop for this problem. It's not an easy repair for a novice. You'll probably need to have the joints on both axles repaired.

Fix freeze plug on a 2003 Chrysler 300 m

freeze plugs are supposed to pop out if the coolant starts to freeze in order to keep the block from cracking. the holes the plungs sit in are als used to cast the engine. see a mechanic and tell him you need a freeze plug replaced and show him which one it is, it won't cost more than $35. PLEASE RATE MY ANSWER.

With the age of your vehicle it is probably past due for a new converter.

This may be confusing, but here goes.If the car is a true 1990 it should have a combo switch that handles the turn signals, hazard, and wipers. Sometimes the dimmer switch is included and sometimes it is a separate switch. it makes a difference if you have tilt steering wheel or not.Its also possible you have an early model with a 1989 column setup which would just be a turn signal switch with the pivot for the rod going to the dimmer switch. The headlight and wiper switchs would be on the dash.

Did this happen all of a sudden? Is this a 4 or 6 cyl. engine? Did you have anything done to the car just prior to this problem or within the last couple of months? How many miles on it? Any aftermarket instillation's?
