+my honda civic 1998 radiator

This gets complicated. First of all don't let the engine
overheat. There are two complete fan circuits, one for
the air conditioning and one for the radiator. To test
the fan, remove the electrical connector at the fan and
use jumper wires to connect the fan motor directly to
the battery. If it doesn't run, replace it, if it does operate
try the fuses located in the engine compartment or
under the driver's side dash. The fuse diagram should
be on the fuse box cover. Other than that you may need
professional help.

The thermostat could be stuck open or even missing. (previous owner could have removed it.) It is inexpensive and easy to change (or add). A new one could possibly solve your problem.

Have overheating problem. can drive

It sounds like the cylinder head gasket is leaking internally, forcing coolant into the combustion chamber and getting burnt off through the exhaust. Check the tailpipe for excessive white smoke while the car is running.

Is it expensive to have the tailgate release

I just bought a CRV and it was doing the same thing. We sprayed some WD40 on the outside handle and took off the panel on the back of the tailgate. We wiggled it a few times from the inside and at the same time doing it on the outside. Sprayed some more WD40 on the exterior handle and it now works perfect. Was just stuck...

Driver side window makes a loud popping sound when

Sound like you have a bent window regulator. This will cause the window to "pop" out of place. The regulator is inside the door bolted to the bottom of the window in two places. You need to remove the door panel, unbolt the window, slide the window out, and disconnect the rest of the regulator. I think the window motor is replaced with the regulator as the same part. also a good idea when replacing the regulator is to replace the window run channel. it is the rubber molding that the window rides in inside the door and window frame. Good luck, Hope this helps you!

I originally have my 97

Did you use the The fuel injection, mass airflow sensor, throttle position sensor,, etc. from the old motor? If not, then there may be a conflict with the computer or engine management system. If you just swapped the complete motor, then you will need to install the computer that came with the new motor, This could involve swapping the wiring harness also.

Loud sound from the engin

What kind of noise ae you hearing ????,,,

If it is a screeching/squealing sound this might be the fan belt, which when it gets loose, can slip and squeal on the pulleys. It should just ned to retensioned or at worst case, replaced.....

If it is some other noise, please let me know and I will hope to identify it for you.

How many and where are the oil gaskets for this

There are just too many oil gaskets on an engine. I'm assuming you were told you have a leaking oil gasket. You would have to pinpoint or know exactly which one is leaking to do anything about it.
