1998 Chrysler Concorde - Page 6 Questions & Answers
How many quarts of transmission fluid is required for a 1998 chrysler concorde and does every quart go in the transmission?
If your dropping the pan and replacing the filter than it would be a good idea to have six quarts of ATF+4 handy. You will add four quarts after you reinstall the transmission pan.
With the vehicle on a level surface;
Start the vehicle, put your foot on the brake, and put the transmission in each gear for a couple of seconds. Return the transmission to park.
Check the fluid level. It should be about in the middle of the crosshatch area on the dipstick. If it is low add a half a quart at a time until it is at the proper level.
Put the transmission in each gear again and then recheck the level. Topping of as necessary.
You should be good to go after that!

Where is the thermostat located
it is located under the intake u have to take the intake off to get to it i hope this helps any other questions feel free to ask
Just replaced the brake booster
The rod that connects to the brake pedal arm is shorter than the original, or the return spring on the brake pedal arm is broken or disconnected. What all this means is the arm is not coming back up to where it used to and is not contacting the brake light switch. Look up under there and re-adjust the switch, or the spring.
