check the quality of the bolt in use most suspension bolts should be grade 8 quality but many bolts supplied are only grade 5 check that there is no clearance on either side of the suspension rubber and when the bolt is done up tight the arm moves in the rubber if you use urethane( Plastic) bushing and not rubber the bolt becomes a pin to move on and that in itself may be the problem as it should be under tension and then the whole mounting area takes the strain

First of all check the headlight fuse. If its alright, check that there's power getting to the headlights. If there is check both the bulbs, because they're probally both blown. But if there's no power check if there is power getting to the headlight relay if so test the relay, it may need to be replaced. If not the problem will be with the switch in the dash or a problem with the wiring.

There is no dash removal required. There is an internal vent system that has a small 1/2 inch air return to the brush area in the motor. All you have to do is drop the screws on the bottom of the unit and it should come out. I usually wait to get it loose to see what kind of electrical connections are present.
