I am figuring that you mean the flashers are blinking. If so just reach under dash by left knee. There is a 4"x4"x1" bx that has a small wire lead with a small reset button attached. just hold that button for about 15 secounds and it should reset the lights. Good luck and have a great day.

May or may-not be. Recheck your timing belt. You may just be out of phase enough that the valve is not open at the right time, or closing at the right time. If you are 100% sure timing belt is in proper phase then you may have bent a valve. Good luck and have a good day.

My best advice is to take the car to the dealership Mechanics. They will have a better handle on things than most other shops. My Opinion is that the real lower control arm is bent.

Once they begin to squeak, the bushing is shot, and the synchronizer must be rebuilt or replaced. They are available new, new aftermarket, and remanufactured. Sorry, you have damaged your engine. Probably ring damage on one of the pistons.
No smoke from the exhaust? Make sure you check the engine oil regularly. It will be an expensive repair. You must not have had a lot of miles on it huh? I am surprised that the top half didn't give out first, or did you already have a coolant leak somewhere and lost pressure?
Do a compression check on all cylinders and that will tell you which piston is damaged. Good luck.
