I know this post is old. Anyway mine does the same thing. But if it is what I think it is, all of them do it. There are sensors all along the back end of the car. When you put it in reverse and if you are too close to something it starts beeping and the closer you get to something the faster it beeps and then it will just have one long noise until you get away from the object or shift out of reverse. It just let's the driver know you're getting too close to an object or person so you don't hit it. It comes in handy lol.

contact the manufacturer( ford) , engineer department and as them for the code you will need vin number , year , rego number engine make etc

This is a common problem during the wet season water find its way down through the window seals and fills up in the doors at the bottom usually there should be a drain there but they get clogged with dirt and parts of leaves and trees so what you do is try to look for those and clear them out so the water can drain out if you can't find any take a drill a very small drill and drill a small hole up into the the bottom of the doors which are filling with water and it will work as a drain to get that water out of there

If these are aftermarket lights, check the big connector going to the ballast. It will fit both ways, but will only work one way.

I can contribute this much. The TSB for repairs should have remedies stated in the notice. You should be able to look up the TSB by number and read its' process for the repairing Dealer. One site, "aboutautomobile.com" has some TSB info that may add to what you already know. You might ask a Dealer for a printout of the TSB.

I will suggest a site called "aboutautomobiles.com or use singular "aboutautomobile.com". Plug in your vehicle info and read about TSP and owner complaints. Site will list factory service campaigns. I would contact Ford about help in partial reimbursement. Since it did not fix problem you would seem to have a legitimate complaint. I would say you should try to get parts for cost as Factory should back Dealership and Dealer charged you. Your car still is not fixed, ask for Factory assistance too, when contacting Ford.

Read the codes. Could be another wheel sensor has failed or the replacement one is defective.

if you look real close at the underdash fuse panel theres gonna be one labeled "power equipment group" that's the one you want to replace , but i'll tell you if you try and move the seat again its most likely gonna go again as I replace lots of power seats that have something (any object) stuck in seat track jamming up the motor
