My coolatent is leaking there is a stain on the cover underneath the car cover and on the ground wt might of broke or craked

Most likely a cracked hose. Check your coolant levels and make sure you do not over heat the engine. Check all of your hoses to see if there are any cracks.

Car won't crank when hot

Do you just hear a tick from the engine? Or just nothing at all? Some fuel pumps may not work after its hot. Or it could also be your oil temp sensor connector that may be damaged. Do you have a scanner that may give us a hint with a few fault codes?

i doubt its a sudden occurrence. Get the throttle body off and clean it with carb cleaner until its spotless. Check all breather pipes on manifold and intake side and make sure they are clean. Other possible cause is bad throttle position sensor.....

I have a 1994 BMW 325i and both of my rear doors won't close.. The latches just move freely. Any sujestions?

I didn't see the other posts but did you try to hold the door handle as to open the door and move the latch up so to open all the way. I have seen kids play and push the latch when the door is open and it latches it closed when the door is open and then the door won't latch because it's not on the bar to reset it in the right position, may want to try that.

Coolant light keeps coming on

I wouldnt worry. Maybe a level indicator thinks it is being depleted. Give it a while. If it becomes more frequent or your engine overheats check coolant levels in reservoir. Most people will tell you it is common to have an empty reservoir, but not i. Check for signs of leaks in your driveway and fluid on water pump. If those are fine keep in mind coolant will still leak from your head gasket! There are a million ways for your coolant system to go wrong and little time to prevent overheating. Watch temp gauge and low coolant display staying on for elongated periods. :)

I have a 2001 BMW 325 which has developed a rough idle with the service engine light soon indicator on. Also when the hood is opened you can hear an intermittent what sounds like a metal on metal knoc

Think this engine has had its day, could be a hydraulic valve adjuster ,well the noise anyway but as for the rough idle i have no idea without my head inside the engine compartment Could even be a piston who knows as these type of cars do get well thrashed about by budding F1 drivers ,if you can video it and post the video then i might have a better idea failing which ask a local mechanic to have a look for you

Front rims get dirty and back ones stay clean

Hi Joanna, What you are seeing is perfectly normal and occurs on any automobile because the front brakes wear faster than the rear.  Notice that when you step on the brake, the weight of the car shifts forward, putting extra stress on the front breaks.  Next time in a parking lot, notice the same dirty front wheels of other cars.

You haven't provided a lot of detail, but a common problem is a clogged fuel filter.

My check engine light is

The information below was complied by me, it explains what causes the check engine light to come on and the process of finding the cause.

When the Check Engine light (or Service Engine Soon) is turned on, the systems computer control unit (called the PCM) has sensed a fault in the electronic controls of the engine and/or the emission system. When this happens you will seldom feel the car engine run any different. There are about 200 possible system faults (the gas cap is just one of them) that turn the Check Engine light on, to know what has developed a problem you must have the system tested, this is called an OBD2 fault code test, Kragen/Oriley and Autozone parts stores (USA only) do this testing for free. Hope this makes things a little clearer, it doesn
